SATURN
40V, 5A/10A/20A Power NMOS
SATURN is a family of high-temperature 40V N-channel power MOSFET's.
3 devices, called CHT-NMOS40xx, are part of this family.
They are respectively rated up to 5A, 10A and 20A.
Typical performances:
- Temperature range: -55°C to +225°C
- Drain voltage up to 40V
- Max drain current @ 225°C: 3.9A (4005), 7.6A (4010), 14A (4020)
- Ron=0.4Ω (4005), 0.2Ω (4010), 0.12Ω (4020) @25°C
- Vgs=-0.5V to +5.5V
- Availabe in TO254 Metal package
