The CMT-741G58 is a high temperature configurable device enabling 10 different logic functions: 2-Input NAND, 2-Input OR with Both Inputs Inverted, 2-Input AND with A Input Inverted, 2-Input NOR with B Input Inverted, 2-Input AND with B Input Inverted, 2-Input NOR with A Input Inverted, 2-Input OR, 2-Input NAND with Both Inputs Inverted, 2-Input XNOR, Buffer. This device is optimized for industrial applications and specificied for operating junction temperature from -55°C up to +175°C (Tj).

  • Inputs can be driven by 3.3V or 5V signals, even for lower supply voltage
