12-stage asynchronous binary counter

CHT-74xx Logic Family is optimized for High-Temperature, High Reliability applications. It brings digital functions to system designers targeting high temperature electronics, up to +225°C.

The CHT-744040 is a high-temperature 12-stage asynchronous binary counter. It can operate with supply voltage from 3V to 5.5V.

Typical performances:

  • Temperature range: -55°C to 225°C
  • Input Voltage: 3V  to 5.5V
  • 12-stage asynchronous binary counter
  • Quiescent current: 21uA at 225°C
  • Available packaging: ceramic SOIC 16 and bare die
