CXT-741G97
AUTOMOTIVE CONFIGURABLE LOGIC GATE
The CXT-741G97 is a high temperature configurable device enabling 9 different logic functions: Inverter, 2 to 1 Multiplexer, 2-Input AND, 2-Input NOR with Both Inputs Inverted, 2-Input OR with A Input Inverted, 2-Input NAND with B Input Inverted, 2-Input NOR with B Input Inverted, 2-Input AND with A Input Inverted,2-Input OR. This device is optimized for automotive applications and specificied for operating junction temperature from -40°C up to +175°C (Tj), in excess of AEC-Q100 (Grade 0) qualification standard.

- Inputs can be driven by 3.3V or 5V signals, even for lower supply voltage
- Schmitt trigger inputs for high immunity to slow changing signals

- Lead Free Finish & RoHS compliant
