POLARIS

Positive Voltage Reference

POLARIS is a versatile Positive Voltage Reference, available with several output voltage (see table below) and with a 3mA output Buffer. Its total precision (initial accuracy plus temperature drift plus line and load regulation) is better than 2%.

Typical performances

  • Temperature range: -55°C to 225°C
  • Input voltage: Vout + 2V to Vout +15V
  • Fixed output voltage: 2.5V, 3.3V, 5V, 9V, 10V, 12V
  • Maximum output current: 3mA
  • Total precision (absolute + drift): +/-2%
  • Quiescent current: 650µA
  • Available packaging: TO-39

 

Application

  • Voltage reference for high-temperature electronic systems used in Oil&Gas, automotive, aeronautics or aerospace applications.
