The CMT-PLA0BN06075MA is a 650V/75A IGBT in Trench Gate Field Stop (TGFS) technology, featuring low saturation voltage and hence low conduction losses. The product offers fast switching and short tail currents. It also features a free wheeling di-ode with fast and soft reverse recovery. It is available in a TO-247-3L package, and guaranteed for reliable operation over the full temperature range from -40 to +175°C (Tj).
