Dave Hutton
CEO
Dave Hutton has spent over 30 years in sales and marketing positions in the semiconductor and wireless industries. Prior to joining Cissoid, he was Business Unit Manager at Aeroflex responsible for their PXI product range and spent a further 6 years at Picochip as VP of Worldwide Sales. Dave Hutton began his career as a design engineer. He spent nine years at Texas Instruments in Sales Management and Systems Marketing before moving to IDT, where he was European Sales Director. During his career he has also worked for European-based semiconductor IP start-ups Silaria and Siroyan, where he was Vice President of Sales and set up and ran the European sales operations of Pericom Semiconductor.
Etienne Vanzieleghem
VP Engineering & Operations
Etienne Vanzieleghem was with Alcatel-Lucent where he held several engineering management positions including DSL program manager, DSL end-user equipment engineering manager and telecom SW applications engineering director. Etienne Vanzieleghem holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering Degree from Université catholique de Louvain.
Pierre Delatte
CTO
Pierre Delatte is co-founder of CISSOID. He has more than 20 years of experience in the field of high temperature IC design and technologies. He was previously with UCL Microelectronics Laboratory where he worked on the design of high-speed analog and RF IC's. Pierre Delatte holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering Degree from the Université catholique de Louvain.
Kamel
Bounyar
Finance & HR Director
Kamel Bounyar has over 13 years of experience in corporate finance, internal audit and risk management. After obtaining a Master's degree from Montpellier Business School, he began his career as a financial auditor in Big 4 companies, before taking up the position of head of internal auditing with an international manufacturing company. Kamel then worked for six years in the financial services sector as risk manager and finance manager.
Emmanuel Poli
VP Sales
Emmanuel Poli has over 20 years of experience in the electronics design and manufacturing industry. He started his career at Texas Instruments as a digital designer and moved to commercial roles after completing his MBA. His experience in Digital Semiconductors, Power Electronics components and the Electronics Manufacturing Services industry gives him a thorough understanding of the complexity of electronic product design and manufacturing, to better serve customers.
Mike Sandyck
Marketing Director
Mike Sandyck has more than 20 years of experience in the electronics industry. Starting from the engineering side as Field Application Engineer, he moved into a technical marketing and business development role for several major semiconductor, distribution and representation companies, supporting top tier customers and semiconductor manufacturers. He holds an Electronics Engineering Degree and a post-graduate Master’s degree in Information Technology.
