The Pulse Mini S95


The Pulse Mini S95 brings CISSOID’s SiC inverter technology into a compact, high power density format for applications where space, weight, and efficiency all matter. Delivering 95 kW continuous output power, 115 ARMS continuous motor current, and up to 145 kW peak output power for 60 seconds, it combines a 1200 V SiC power module, liquid cooling, and ultra-fast motor control in a 4-litre package designed for agile electrification platforms.

The Pulse Compact Series
S200 / S250 


The Pulse Compact series is engineered for higher power electric drive systems that need strong performance without sacrificing integration flexibility. Available in 200 kW and 250 kW continuous output power versions, with up to 377 kW and 460 kW peak output power respectively, the Pulse Compact platform delivers high power density in a 7.5-litre liquid-cooled design. Its open architecture and configurable software make it a versatile choice for demanding mobility and industrial applications.

The Pulse Ultra S400


The Pulse Ultra S400 is the powerhouse of the CISSOID Pulse family, designed for high-performance electric drive systems requiring up to 400 kW continuous output power and 500 kW peak output power for 60 seconds. Built around 1200 V SiC technology, advanced e-motor control, and customizable software, it delivers high efficiency and robust motor control capability in a compact 332 x 460 x 89 mm footprint.

Developed from our Inverter Reference Designs, and consequently based on the 1200 V SiC Inverter Control Modules (ICM), the Pulse family of inverters support advanced modulation strategies, field-oriented control, high control-loop and switching frequencies, flux weakening, dead-time compensation, improved THD, and reduced HVDC-link voltage ripple. Communication and integration are supported through assorted flavours of CAN, programming and configuration via CAN, motor temperature measurement, resolver interface, low-voltage battery connection, HVIL, and digital I/O. Functional safety is built in through ISO 26262-certified processor and software elements and an ASIL-C-ready inverter control module.
