CISSOID will be happy to meet you in Orlando at APEC 2023, the leading conference for practicing power electronics professionals that will take place from 19 to 23 March 2023. The company will present its SiC Intelligent Power Modules and SiC Inverter Platform.
Integrating CISSOID's 3-Phase 1200V/340A-550A SiC Intelligent Power Modules with Silicon Mobility T222 FPCU controller board and OLEA Inverter software, CISSOID's SiC Inverter Starter Kit accelerates the design of compact, lightweight and efficient motor drives. This platform includes a refence cooler and a specially designed DC-Link capacitor. The company also provides support for the integration of current sensors and EMC filters.
