The CXT-741G175 is a high temperature positive-edge triggered D Flip-Flop gate. This device is optimized for automotive applications and specificied for operating junction temperature from -40°C up to +175°C (Tj), in excess of AEC-Q100 (Grade 0) qualification standard.

  • Inputs can be driven by 3.3V or 5V signals, even for lower supply voltage
