CHT-74xx Logic Family is optimized for High-Temperature, High Reliability applications. It brings digital functions to system designers targeting high temperature electronics, up to +225°C. The CHT-7474 contains 2 independent high-temperature positive-edge triggered D-type Flip-flop. It can operate with a supply voltage from 3V to 5.5V.
