NMOS and PMOS
CISSOID offer High Voltage NMOS and PMOS for switching application. Both products are available since April 2008, qualification is running.
NMOS - Temperature range: -55°C to +225°C
- Drain voltage up to 80V
- Max 4A output current @ 225°C
- Ron=0.55 @25°C
- Vgs=-0.5V to +5.5V
- Reverse ESD diode between gate and source.
- Available on die or in custom package on demand.
- Tungsten metal for long-term reliability
PMOS - Temperature range: -55°C to +225°C
- Drain voltage up to 30V
- Max 4A output current @ 225°C
- Ron=0.55 @25°C
- Vgs=-0.5V to +5.5V
- Reverse ESD diode between gate and source.
- Available on die or in custom package on demand.
