CHT-CG family: Crystal Clock Generators

The CHT-CG are High Temperature Crystal Clock Generator swith added capabilities. It  features a crystal oscillator driver with disable input, an ancillary clock signal input and a programmable divider chain. Using an external crystal, it is intended to provide reliable precision performance throughout the -55 to +225°C temperature range.

Typical performances:

  • 3.3 to 5V Power Supply
  • Temperature range: -55°C to +225°C
  • Input sources: crystal or external clock
  • Frequencies: DC to 50MHz
  • 3-states output buffer
  • Programmable output buffer
  • Programmable output frequency divider
  • Programmable crystal driver (CHT-CG50)
  • Standby mode
  • Internal passives components (CHT-CG50)

CHT-555 Timers: CHT-555 pin-to-pin compatible Timer

The CHT-555 is a high-temperature, low-power, highly stable device for generating accurate time delays or oscillations, with enhanced capabilities compared to the well known NE555.

Typical performances:
  • 5V Power Supply
  • Temperature range: -55°C to +225°C (operational up to 250°C)
  • Timing from microsecond to hours
  • Monostable and bistable mode
  • Internal passive components (only CHT-555-DIL14)
