All the regulators are designed to sustain a wide range of output loads and input voltages. Positive and Negative regulators are available in die or in package.

CHT-LDOP range: Positive Voltage Low dropout linear voltage regulators
The CHT-LDOP is a positive low-dropout linear voltage regulator in a single die. The output voltage can be chosen from a long list of available values (see table below). CHT-LDOP is adapted to system with only positive power supply.
Typical performances:
- Temperature range: -55°C to 225°C (operational up to 300°C)
- Input Voltage: Vout + 2V to 25V (30V for High Voltage input)
- Maximum Output current: 1A
- Total precision (absolute+drift): 2%
- Short-Circuit protection: Foldback
- Tuning by bonding
- Quiescent current: 3mA
- Available packaging: Die, TO-254
