CEO: Tony Denayer. Tony Denayer was with AMI Semiconductor as Senior Vice President & General Manager of the Telecom & ASSP Business Unit since 2005. From 2002 to 2005, he lived mostly in the USA and managed the worldwide engineering organization of AMI Semiconductor, as Senior Vice President Product Development. Prior to AMI Semiconductor, he was with Alcatel Microelectronics where he held several engineering and management positions, including Director, DSL product development in North Carolina, USA and General Manager of the Automotive, Industrial and Peripherals Business Unit. Tony Denayer holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering Degree from Université catholique de Louvain. |

Marketing: Jean-Christophe Doucet. Jean-Christophe Doucet was Director of Marketing at Teridian Semicoductor Corporation, (formerly TDK Semiconductor), between 2001 and 2008. He was based in the USA, where he created the Secure Access business unit for the company. Expert in Semiconductor and electronic identification technologies, his prior positions include R&D and Industrialization Manager for Hardware Security Devices at ActivIdentity, as well as several project management and engineering positions at Fogale Nanotech, Tecmag Inc. and Alcatel. J.C. Doucet holds a Master degree in electrical engineering and computer sciences from ENSEIRB (Ecole Nationale Supérieure d’Ingénieurs en Radioélectricité et Informatique de Bordeaux) and an Executive MBA from ESCP-EAP. |

WW Sales: Tom Klopcic. Thomas ‘Tom’ Klopcic has spent over 25 years in the high technology components market as a sales and marketing manager for world class electronics companies. His 10 years with Hitachi as Sr. Sales Manager for LCD products took him across the world actively supporting design activities for office, recreational, automotive, industrial and personal consumer markets. He expanded his experience with semiconductor sales at Dallas Semiconductor the most recently with SST before joining Cissoid as Sales Area Manager for North and South America. Tom earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Eastern Illinois University in Production Management and subsequently his MBA from DePaul University’s Kellstadt Graduate School of Business in Marketing/New Product Development. Tom was promoted in September 2011 to be World Wide Sales Manager at Cissoid. |

CTO : Pierre Delatte is co-founder of CISSOID. He has more than 15 years of experience in the field of high temperature IC design and technologies. He was previously with UCL Microelectronics Laboratory where he worked on the design of high-speed analog and RF IC’s. Pierre Delatte holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering Degree from the Université catholique de Louvain. |
